Scotland’s Dementia Inclusive Singing Network helps people affected by dementia take part in singing groups and choirs across Scotland, and also enjoy singing at home.

Do you run a choir, singing group or singing sessions in care and community settings?

The Network provides advice, support, resources, training, and networking opportunities to help you support people with dementia.

All singing groups and choirs continue to be affected by the impact of Covid-19. We’re exploring new ways of working to help communities across Scotland to keep singing.

Would you, or someone you know, like to try singing at home?

We’ve produced a singing pack for people living with dementia to enjoy singing at home on their own or with family, friends and carers. It is available online and includes:

  • Song words
  • Backing tracks
  • Films of song leaders who take you through learning each song.
